After a vigorous campaign, Jim Walcker became the 2010 Huckleberry Sheriff by collecting the most donations to a community fund. His dog KC is obviously the new Huckleberry Hound.

The 1910 Fire Commemoration in Wallace on August 19 - 21, 2010, memorialized the 86 lives lost fighting the Great 1910 Fire and recognized the valor of those who fight fires today. Dedication of a monument at the Wallace Visitors Center was preceeded by a parade and procession through town.
